Who are you?

BAU Watches is a boutique microbrand based in Madrid, Spain. The brand was founded in 2015 by Lorena Bourg and Walter Pulvirenti.

Payment & Shipping

How can I pay?

In the last stage of the purchasing process you will find the accepted payment methods.

We currently accept credit cards and PayPal.

What can I do if I have problems paying at the website?

VAT

If you are buying from a location within the EU, you will pay 21% Spanish VAT. That tax is already included in the price. If you are buying from other countries, you will not pay Spanish VAT. Nevertheless, we have the policy of charging the same final price to all our customers regardless of their country of origin so, in the case of our European customers, we assume the cost of the VAT.  

Customs and other taxes

When buying overseas, it is possible that you may have to face custom procedures and pay extra local taxes at your country. BAU Watches have no information and is not responsible for that processes and costs. We recommend you consulting with your local customs regarding this topic.

Delivery

Your order will be handled the first or second workday after the moment you place the order.

We offer free worldwide delivery so you DO NOT have to pay for the delivery of any of our products no matter where you live.

Delivery of watches will be done using Express Courier or 1st Class Certified Mail, depending on your country, size of order, and other factors.

When purchasing straps alone, you may expect a slower delivery method, up to 15 days transit time. If you need them faster, let us now and we will make arrangements.

 

Product information

What does 3 ATM and 5 ATM mean? 

3 ATM means that your watch is splash proof.

5 ATM that means your watch can stand eventual direct hit of a water stream, but you cannot use it for swimming.

Warranty does not cover water-related damages.

Warranty

Our products have a 2-years warranty in case of manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover changes of battery, replacement of straps because of typical wear use or malfunctioning derived of the innappropiate use of the products such as the immersion of the watch case into the water.

In case you need to make use of the warranty you have to contact us using the information in the "Contact us" section. Delivery costs to us will be at your expense.
